AABTEC is looking for an experienced and detailed-oriented Theming Engineer to turn imaginative concepts into structural reality. You will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution across our upcoming entertainment and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Detailing: Develop shop drawings, material specs, and execution details for complex theming features.
Engineering Oversight: Ensure all theming structures meet structural integrity, safety, and local building codes.
Site Support & Quality Control: Work closely with site teams and supervisors to ensure accurate on-site execution matching approved designs.
Vendor & Material Management: Evaluate specialized materials (GRC, GRP, FRP, rockwork, etc.) and coordinate with vendors and specialists.
Requirements
1- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering (or related field).
2- 5+ years of experience as a Theming Engineer in theme parks, entertainment, or specialized architectural projects.
3- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or 3D modeling software.
4- Deep knowledge of theming materials, manufacturing techniques, and installation processes.
